INITIAL ORDER:
H'art requires pre-payment on placement of the order.

PAYMENT TERMS:
H'art requires pre-payment for all new customers. Other payment terms may be negotiated after a solid business relationship is established. We also accept VISA and American Express Credit Cards.

PRICING and SHIPPING:
All prices are shown in EURO and are correct at the time of printing. H'art Musik reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. If a customer does not have a preferred shipping agent, H'art can recommend a suitable service from the wide range of carriers we regularly deal with. H'art will insure all shipments at a rate of 0.5% of the invoice amount (minimum € 15.00), unless the customer informs H’art in writing that insurance is not required.

RETURNS:
H'art accepts returns only at it’s discretion, and all returns requests must be made in writing. Mis-shipped and defective items may only be returned after first making a written application, and all mis-shipped and defectives must be reported immediately. H'art can no longer accept returns on vinyl, and collect “returns” of any type will not be accepted.

Please note that H'ART Musik is a whole sale company only, and will not entertain private purchasing.
