Initial order:
H’ART requires pre-payment on placement of the order. The initial order volume should be at least 500,- Euro.
Payment terms:
H’ART requires pre-payment for all new customers. Other payment terms may be negotiated after a solid business relationship is established. We also accept VISA, Master and American Express Credit Cards. H’ART is obliged to charge a 2% fee on all credit card transactions.
Pricing and shipping:
All prices are shown in EURO and are correct at the time of being put out. H’ART Musik reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
If a customer does not have a preferred shipping agent, H’ART can recommend a suitable service from the wide range of carriers we regularly deal with.
H’ART will insure all shipments at a rate of 0.5% of the total invoice amount (minimum € 15.00), unless the customer informs H’ART in writing that insurance is not required.
Shipments should have a min. value of 400,- Euro.
Returns:
H’ART accepts returns only at its discretion, and all returns requests must be made in writing. Misshipped and defective items may only be returned after first making a written application. Any misshipped and defectives must be reported immediately. H’ART can not accept returns on vinyl, limited editions and CD-singles. For more information please advise our “Rules Of Returns” sheet.
