Part of H'art's ability to offer such a high level of service is due to our extensive computerisation which covers all aspects of order processing, handling and shipping. Customers can receive status reports on their order progress at any given time in the form of backorder reports, deletion/elapsed lists and current shelf lists. On request H'art can also easily generate custom information such as product listing, which can be tailor made by genre, format, label, sales figures and territories.
Shipping:
Goods can be
forwarded daily, five days a week, to any international destination or collected
at our warehouse. Each client is assigned by an experienced and multilingual
sales team, that are always on hand to service your needs.

H'art generates new and pre-release
information on a weekly basis.
This is available either by post, fax, E-mail
or via Internet for H'art database users. Furthermore we generate special info pages,
highlight pages and offers on a regular basis. Our release information contains
two columns of prices. Prices are mentioned in (Euro).
For those customers that are not
computerized we also offer printed catalogues on
request.
